Your physician

The doctor you'll actually talk to.

Every consult, every lab review, every follow-up, and every message is handled by Dr. Ahmad Ibrahim. Not a nurse practitioner, not a care coordinator, not a rotating team.

My story

Why I built this practice

Over the years, I kept meeting people who had done everything right. They were eating well, training, and sleeping, and still felt tired, foggy, or not like themselves. Many had already been told their labs were “normal,” or had tried an online clinic and been passed between providers who never really knew them.

Hormone and metabolic care doesn't work that way. It takes time, context, and someone who follows your results from one visit to the next. So I built the practice I'd want as a patient: one physician, a plan based on your labs and goals, and a real relationship over time.

I keep the practice small on purpose. It's the only way I can promise you'll always be working with me.

What you can expect from me

Evidence first

Recommendations are based on your labs, your history, and current clinical evidence — not trends or preset protocols.

An honest opinion

If treatment isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you — even if that means not prescribing anything.

The whole picture

Hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, and lifestyle are all connected. I look at how they fit together before changing anything.

“You'll get my honest opinion. If treatment isn't right for you, I'll tell you. My goal is for you to feel better and stay healthy, not to sell you something.”
Dr. Ahmad Ibrahim, DO

Teaching & speaking

Teaching other clinicians

Besides seeing patients, I train physicians, nurses, and other clinicians on hormone optimization and speak at national medical conferences, including Vegas Cosmetic Surgery 2026. Teaching keeps me current on the latest research, and every patient benefits from that.
