How it works

Three steps. One doctor. Zero runaround.

From your first visit to every follow-up after, you work directly with Dr. Ibrahim. Here's what that looks like.

  1. 01

    Book your consult

Enter a few basic details and pick a time on Dr. Ibrahim’s schedule that works for you. No gatekeepers, no call center, no credit card required.

    • Private video visit from home
    • Your first consultation is free
    • California residents only
  2. 02

    Meet with Dr. Ibrahim

Talk directly with Dr. Ibrahim about your symptoms, health history, goals, and any recent bloodwork. If you already have labs, great. If not, he’ll decide what testing makes sense before anything moves forward.

    • An unhurried conversation, not a questionnaire
    • Recent labs reviewed, or new labs ordered if needed
    • An honest opinion on whether treatment is right for you
  3. 03

    Build your treatment plan

If treatment is appropriate, Dr. Ibrahim creates a plan based on your history, labs, and goals. Prescriptions can be sent to your pharmacy, and some therapies can be shipped directly to you when appropriate.

    • A plan built for you, not copied from a template
    • Clear instructions on how to start
    • No pressure to begin anything

After you start

Care that continues

Starting treatment is the beginning, not the end. Your plan is adjusted as your labs and symptoms change, and the same physician guides every step.

Video visits with Dr. Ibrahim, scheduled around your labs and progress.

Lab monitoring

Bloodwork at the right intervals so your plan stays effective and safe.
